Full Job Description
- To maintain the internal cleanliness and tidiness of the home, as directed by the Housekeeper and cleaning schedules.
- To observe and report any faulty equipment or items needing repair.
- To work in such a manner as to comply with the requirements for the Health and Safety at Work Act and Company Policies and Procedures.
- To observe all safety notices in relation to prohibited and mandatory action.
- To work within COSHH guidelines.
- T o be aware of Infection Control Guidelines and work accordingly.
- To report all accidents/incidents to the Housekeeper or Nurse on duty.
- To report any incidents/allegations of abuse following the correct steps in line with Company Safeguarding Adults Policy and Procedures and Local Safeguarding Adults Policies.
We are looking for someone to join the domestic staff team on a part-time basis to work 24 hours per week. The shift pattern can be flexible but will include working alternate weekends.
Supported by the Head of Housekeeping, your role would be to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the home. You would also train in the laundry to be able to launder household linens and service users clothing.
