Housekeeper

Ocean Recovery & Wellness Centre is unique and innovative private Residential Detoxification and Rehabilitation Centre situated on Blackpool`s North Promenade with superb views of Blackpool beach and the sea. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do, and we believe that the care experience we give them should never be less than excellent, supporting them in achieving their identified goals and aspirations is pivotal.

We support people through detoxification and in to our unparalleled and inventive rehabilitation programme. This consists of group work, 1:1 keyworker sessions and other therapeutic interventions. We also link in with AA, CA and NA.

We are looking for a dedicated and flexible housekeeper to work 20 hours per week. As a housekeeper we are looking for someone who has an exceptional eye for detail and a high standard to keeping the home clean as per guidelines and who wants to ensure that the health and safety of the residents and staff are at the forefront of every decision. Ideally candidates should have a working knowledge of COSHH regulations.

Job summary

Laundry management - Must be willing to Iron residents clothes.

General tidiness

Following cleaning schedules of all public areas

Cleaning of client rooms

Replacing towels and bed linen during our clients stay

Ensuring the stock of cleaning materials is maintained

Report any potential hazards and damages to the managerial team
