Maintaining the providers database

We are looking for a reliable and detail orientated Hospital Services Assistant to join our dedicated team in providing vital support to carers across the region., Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with the ability to empathise with the needs of carers.

Evidence that the candidate meets the basic skills set for use of computers/databases/MS packages as appropriate for the role.

Evidence of excellent administration, organisational and record-keeping skills, and ability to write in a clear, concise and professional manner.

Evidence of experience flexibly working from office and home, ensuring ability to prioritise work.

Car driver/owner (or otherwise able to satisfy, with appropriate adjustments, requirements for travel associated with the role).

Right to work in the UK.

The organisation was originally set up to provide practical and emotional support to people in the villages along with west bank of the River Exe. The organisation now works with communities and individuals across Devon.
