Full Job Description
- To develop and deliver comprehensive training to patients, carers, and HCPs to support safe discharges from the hospital, as well as ongoing training for quality care at home.
- Complete regular patient reviews and be on hand to support with questions, issues and troubleshooting requests.
This field-based position supports Adult Patients in the South West London Area. To be considered for this role, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse, (RGN, RSCN or RNLD), with at least 12 months ' experience and living in South West London. You'll also need a full UK Driving License; we'll provide a company car, fuel card and a lunch allowance when you're in the field., You'll play a pivotal role in nurturing patient & HCP relationships. Including supporting your Nursing & Midwifery Council re-validation and RCN membership. - Your ability to work independently, whilst effectively managing your diary.
- Your clear understanding of the UK Healthcare Market, including the NHS.
- How you've used your excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including patients and HCPs.
We'd love to see you demonstrate:
Knowledge of enteral tube feeding is desirable, but we'll provide you with comprehensive training in this subject.
