Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit passionate and dedicated home carers to come and support our growing home care business, Homelium. We're looking for individuals who have a passionate and caring nature, looking to work for a company where everything you do has the potential to touch lives!

We will offer a signing bonus of £500 after 6 months of service has been completed.



  • All applicants with a DBS on update service who join Homelium will be rewarded with a £100 bonus in your first wage!


  • We operate a refer a friend scheme in this area worth £500 if they are successful and complete probation


  • Candidates must be available to work alternate weekends.

    Hours start at 07:00am-14:00pm/ 16:00pm-22:00pm

    Role Responsibilities
  • Aiding with resident's personal hygiene

  • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities such as serving meals and feeding, dressing, general assistance with comfort etc.

  • Providing companionship for our clients

  • Supporting with administering medication

  • Updating care plans

  • Upholding a strong level of clinical standards the high standards of Homelium including undergoing required training and development, Reliable - Monthly payroll paid directly into your bank

  • Fair -Fair wage and holiday (28 per years pro rata) "Sub facility" to help with personal financial emergencies

  • Simplicity - Streamlined application and onboarding process

  • Supportive - Free ongoing training and development with access to The Care Certificate, Diabetes Training, Moving & Handling, Medication Training, Health Safety Training, Epilepsy Awareness, Dementia Care, Palliative Care, Infection Control and many others!

    You must have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle

  • All applicants must have the right to work in the UK

  • Have a passion and genuine desire to provide excellent care… Quality care is a must!

  • You will have strong communication and organizational skills

  • You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest

  • Be willing to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check

  • No experience needed as full training will be provided.
