What we offer

We understand if can be difficult to attend an interview if you need to take time off work so we offer flexible interview arrangements which can include either an early evening interview, or online. Following a successful interview we will guide you through an easy and speedy onboarding process, fully engaging with you with regular updates.

We are excited to announce that we have been invited to bring our expertise and touch of magic to a brand-new setting to provide high quality affordable childcare at RAF Honington. The nursery is one of 15 settings in the RAFAKidz family and is due to open in June. Initially we will have circa 20 employees and places for 80 children. We are looking to welcome additional Level 3 Early Years Practitioners including qualified practitioners who are ready for their next step on their early years career path. Our staff are specially selected for their loving and caring nature, as well as their expertise. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz we take extra care to make sure those needs are met.
