Full Job Description
- Checking availability of machines and ensuring that our system is always up to date
- Ensure the accuracy of orders entered onto the system to minimise disputes and potential credit notes
- Gaining product knowledge to be able to provide the customer with the best option for hire
- Coordinating with the engineering and transport teams to ensure that the correct machines are ready and delivered to customer sites on time and efficiently
Experience in the powered access industry would be advantageous (although not essential) - Experience with Syrinx and Sage programmes would be advantageous (although not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good telephone manner
- Be enthusiastic, methodical and able to fit into a close nit team
- Understand basic units of measure.
5 days a week Standard 9 hour days -08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday - 28 days holiday pro rata
