Highly Specialist Cardiac Physiologist

As well as contributing to service provision a focus of this role would be to support junior staff with their continual development, and helping to build the scientific workforce of the future. This includes mentoring and delivering informal and formal teaching. We will support your learning and development with both internal and external training, and giving you the skills and knowledge to develop in to a future leader.

St Bartholomew's Hospital: The City of London's only independent hospital, situated next to St Bartholomew's NHS hospital. This will be our flagship centre for cardiac services and will also provide a full range of surgical and medical services, including: orthopaedics, oncology, general surgery, gynaecology and urology services. The new hospital will consist of:

• 48 inpatient and day case bedrooms 28 consultation rooms Three digital operating theatres Two Cardiac catheterisation labs Specialist intensive care beds Oncology day unit Endoscopy and minor ops theatre Full diagnostic imaging suite including MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography and general X-ray
