Full Job Description

The Schelwood Multi-Academy Trust is an exciting and innovative partnership of two coeducational secondary schools located in Slough, Berkshire. Herschel Grammar is a selective school and Beechwood a community school both founding partners.

At both schools our aim is for our students to have a great and memorable educational experience via access to a curriculum that supports outstanding learning, development and achievement in both academia and personal development. Our school communities are diverse academically, socially, culturally indeed in every dimension and we celebrate this.

All staff, students, governors, trustees and members share a commitment to the values and ethos of the Trust and this ensures we put our young people at the very heart of every decision that is made. We ensure that our young people develop the skills, qualities and attributes to enable them to pursue and enjoy successful and fulfilling lives, both professionally and personally. Our young people's happiness and success is what drives us.

We are committed to providing equality of opportunity and to ensure that all members of the Trust school community experience an ethos of fairness, justice and dignity.

We recognise, welcome and respect diversity.

If you are a colleague who thrives in such a context then we would welcome

your contact and application to join us.
