Full Job Description
- Full and relevant qualification at level 4 or above, with an HLTA/ teaching qualification
- Excellent spoken & written literacy skills and strong Numeracy skills
- Ability to deliver excellent lessons in all curricular subjects
- Positive presence in the classroom, staffroom and around the school
- The flexibility motivation to get involved in lunchtime and extra-curricular activities
- Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding
- A passion to meet the needs of all children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A deep understanding of language development
- The ability to champion school, Trust and Christian values
- High aspirations for every child, and for yourself & other staff
- To continually strive for best practice in yourself and inspire others
Futura Learning Partnership is a partnership of schools which span 5 local authority areas: Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, North Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
