HGV Driver Class 1 (Specialist Transport)

We are recruiting a HGV class 1 driver for Nationwide Specialist Transport work based from Sheffield S9 depot.

The role involves loading / unloading of our own vehicles with various pieces of equipment as well as manually, So Please note the position involves some heavy lifting which requires a general level of fitness .

The right candidate will need to be a smart professional who has a positive work ethic for various types of transport work raging from:

• UK specialist Transport / Event work / European / Delivery and installations


• Flatbeds - (Standard / Wide / Long Loads


• XXL TAIL-LIFT Trailers - Fragile machinery moving


• Euroliners - Moffett's, Mixed usage, General,


• Ramp /Step Trailers, Plant machinery / Special Types


• Box Trailers - Secure Transport / European


• VANS: Specail deliveries and installations, Escort vehicles
  
  European work MUST have 2 years experience of driving in Europe and understand post Brexit regulations and customs formalities


Successful candidates will be working as part of a small team at a long established family operated business.
