Full Job Description

As a Helpdesk Operative with Robertson FM, you will provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Facilities Manager and Maintenance Team in order to ensure a high level of service is delivered to the RFM business, customers and key stakeholders. The postholder works closely with members of the team to establish workload priorities and accommodate changing business demands. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure requests are logged in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Ensuring that customers are communicated with effectively by telephone, to provide excellent customer service.

  • Ensuring that accurate updates are made within the CAFM.

  • Support the delivery and monitoring of the Service Delivery Plans and KPIs.

  • To ensure that the information is accurate and informative to enable delivery and reporting.

  • Work with managers, leaders and business stakeholders to provide administrative assistance and support surrounding facilities management related activities.

  • Respond to admin queries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional way, providing guidance, within level of competence.

  • To work with the business to ensure records are managed accurately and in real-time to ensure compliance.

  • Support in updating standard operating procedures and processes to improve efficiencies for the administrative processes.

  • Other relevant tasks in line with the nature of the role

    To be successful in your application, you will have previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, and a proven background in providing exemplary customer service.
