Full Job Description

Working in a fast paced environment, you will be required to support the office operation in a variety of different ways such as dealing with incoming telephone and email communication, scheduling work and arranging permits for access to different sites.

Plans can change minute by minute so mental agility and situational awareness will help our customers and teammates alike. .

The backbone of our business is our staff who are supported by various computer programs like JobLogic, which is our business operating system and Employment Hero; our Human Resources system. Full training will be provided but strong computer skills will be required.

Due to the nature of our work, when things go wrong for our customers it can be quite stressful for them so a confident and supportive telephone manner is essential.

As in everything we do at Flowright, we are open minded about the right candidate for this role. 10 years of experience in a similar role isn't necessarily what we are looking for as someone early on in their career, with the right attitude, may be the perfect fit.

The basic requirements are:

  • A friendly and confident phone manner

  • Good spelling and grammar

  • Confident use of computers

  • Be able to work quickly and accurately

  • Be willing and able to learn new skills
