Healthcare Assistant (Days)

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll be instrumental in enabling vulnerable people to live with dignity and have the chance to be a professional joy-bringer. You will work as a team to ensure that the physical, social and emotional needs of our residents are met. This will involve encouragement and participation in activities as well as assistance with personal care and support.

What matters is kindness, good listening and communication skills and being a team player. As long as you are positive, keen to learn and show initiative, with good people skills, we would like to hear from you.

Farway Grange is a lovely 23-bed nursing home occupying a former mansion house in leafy Queens Park and has an amazing team of carers along with award-winning gardens.

Basic rate of £11.85 per hour + benefits

Various contracts and shifts available, 6-hour day or 12-hour day/night shifts. All roles work alternate weekends.

We are looking for kind and caring candidates to join our team helping support vulnerable adults in a friendly residential home.

You will be working in a small, homely environment with more time to spend with residents and a family-like team of colleagues.
