Full Job Description

The Foundation has an exciting opportunity for a Health and Wellbeing Lead Nurse & Clinical Educator. This new post will work alongside the Director of Health & Wellbeing and directly manage the existing nursing team.

The successful individual will provide professional and clinical leadership for the nursing team and support each service delivery area alongside the executive lead. This exciting new role will play a crucial role in relation to training across the Foundation, supporting with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and delivering training where required. We are looking for someone with considerable safeguarding experience who would take responsibility for the Foundation's suite of safeguarding related policies and procedures.

The successful applicant needs to be an enthusiastic, passionate, and dynamic member of staff. Working alongside the senior team, they will ensure that safe and effective quality of care is delivered within the while ensuring that the care environment is organised to meet the needs of the individuals who use our service by enhancing their experience and supporting staff to meet the Foundation's objectives.
