Full Job Description
You will have a working knowledge of the Social Care Sector, CQC/ SCI and how to embed Health and Safety best practice and legislation within a range of support settings including registered care, supported living, outreach, etc as well as office locations.
You will also need to have good IT skills and the ability to learn new digital systems and Power BI Dashboard reports. You will have a Qualification in Health and Safety - NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent (NCRQ or NVQ level 3)
It is a requirement for you to keep up to date with current Health and Safety good practice and to maintain own competence and knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practice within the sector, completing additional training as required.
This role is home working with a requirement to travel based on the needs of the organisation and role.
Being a driver is desirable for this role or the ability to travel to different locations/ offices across the organisation as required., Disability Confident

The role requires partnership working with colleagues across the organisation to deliver a Health and Safety culture and continuous learning and improvements. The role will be responsible for following Health and Safety policies, systems, best practice and providing advice and guidance.
