Full Job Description

To provide administrative support to the Health, Safety & Compliance Coordinator. The role will provide the administration and management of Health & Safety documentation; accident / incident forms; data entry; referrals and general queries and actively promote a positive culture of Health & Safety in the workplace.

20 hours per week over 4 days, between 8am-3pm
You will be responsible for

  • The processing of accident / incident forms, updating spreadsheets and to follow up actions as required.

  • Administration support with Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

  • Preparation of monthly reports in respect of H&S activities and statistical reporting.

  • Display Screen Equipment - send out the self-assessment pack.

  • To assist with the coordination of training courses where required and issuing certificates where required.

  • Collate & gather information for any accident investigations and update on database.

  • Collate & gather information for any incident investigations and update on database.

  • Ensure RTC's are up to date on Matrix.

  • Pest control reports.

  • Organise external training.

  • Type up H&S comms meeting notes and distribute.

  • Enter HNM on to database.

  • Maintain & check 1st aid stock levels.

  • Prepare H&S related stats & figures for Network meetings.

  • Weekly accident / RIDDOR / RTC stats.

  • Monitor H&S notice boards.

  • Order H&S equipment is up to date and order when needed.

  • MPro5 daily report and follow up.

    MS Office suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent Communication & Organisational skills.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
