We are currently looking for dedicated Health Care Assistants, who can drive & are willing to work in the Bridgend area (Pencoed, Bridgened Town, Porthcawl, Sarn) with clients with complex needs to join our team. You will be supporting individuals to remain independent whilst living in their own homes. Promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and meeting outcomes such as personal care, nutrition, and hydration. Drivers are highly desirable but walkers can be accommodated. You will be caring and compassionate, friendly and reliable, with a positive outlook. Reliability is vitally important for this role.,

The company requires the candidate to have UK experience. Update training and mentoring will be provided. We will support you to register with Social Care Wales and to complete your QCF level 2 in health and social care if not already done so.
