Notifying the GP/Practice Nurse of any significant patient issues

Sterilising, cleansing and maintenance of surgical equipment

Administration of the following injections/vaccines (with training)

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Primary care: 1 year (preferred)
  
  We are a large practice in the West of the city located in a purpose build Health Centre next to Sunderland Royal Hospital. We have 3 Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, 3 Practice Nurse and 1 HCA and 1 NA support a population of 10,300 patients.
