Full Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised individual to work with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. You will need a positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour to provide a confidential and personal administrative service in our busy school.

The role requires initiative and the capacity to manage varied projects and deadlines. Confidentiality, diplomacy and tact are essential requirements alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to build trusting relationships with families, staff, Governors and the wider school community is vital. Previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage. Flexibility and excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential.
