Headteacher

You'll demonstrate consistently high standards of principled and professional conduct, upholding and carrying out the school's vision and ethos with a strong belief in education, taking the lead role in directing the school's mission. You'll establish a secure learning environment where all pupils can flourish, as well as strategically directing staff to ensure that the highest standards of teaching and learning are met.

• Qualified Teacher Status and a NQPH qualification


• Extensive teaching, leadership and management experience with knowledge of developments across all of the key stages and curriculum areas


• Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills


• Experience of establishing and sustaining high standards of behaviour and learning for all pupils


• Ability to support, maintain and develop the school's ethos


• Up-to-date knowledge of current safeguarding guidance and legislation
