Headteacher

The Governors at Graffham Infant CE & Duncton Junior CE Schools Federation are seeking to recruit a new Headteacher to lead our infant and junior schools at the heart of its community. The schools are three miles apart and work in conjunction with each other, with the same Headteacher and the same Governing Body.

We’re looking for the right leader who shares our core values and is passionate about driving forward our CofE schools in line with the following:

• A leader who inspires colleagues to take creative risks with their teaching and supports new ideas.
• A leader who can effectively lead a small team in subject leadership across both schools.
