Head of Response Services

The Head of Response Services will develop and lead a progressive reactive repair, empty homes (void property) refurbishment, and surveying team with a focus on delivering high quality customer services., Two exciting opportunities have arisen to join our leadership team providing inspirational and visionary leadership to multi-disciplinary teams and helping to shape and deliver our vision and values to our customers in South Wales. You will report into the Executive Director of Development, Assets and Sustainability.

The Head of Response Services is a key leadership role responsible for managing the repairs and maintenance service. Working alongside the Head of Asset Management & Sustainability & Head of Compliance & FM to achieve the Corporate Plan priorities through high quality, high impact asset management services.

The Head of Response Services will develop and lead a progressive, reactive repairs, empty homes (void property) refurbishment and surveying services team with a focus on service delivery and value for money ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer services.

The successful candidates will provide effective leadership and direction whilst offering a high support, high challenge environment enabling colleagues to deliver on the organisation's purpose.

It is essential that successful candidates bring a thorough understanding of current compliance and regulatory requirements within social housing and significant proven performance in senior related roles.
