As Head of Product - Identity, Targeting & Personalisation, you'll lead the strategic development and execution of advanced targeting and identity management solutions. This role involves driving product innovation in the realms of user personalization, authentication, and data privacy to enhance customer experiences across our digital commerce platform.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that integrates targeting, personalization, and identity management to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives.

  • Lead a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketing professionals to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure products.

  • Analyze and evaluate different sign-on methods, considering factors including security, usability, and accessibility

  • Establish and manage a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs, customer value, and technological advancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate authentication solutions seamlessly into existing systems

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact on business goals.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, setting high standards for the team and mentoring product managers and other team members.

  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to align visions, negotiate priorities, and ensure compliance with legal, data governance, and privacy standards.

  • Leverage data insights and market research to inform product decisions and ensure that solutions meet customer needs and expectations.

    Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record in digital product development, particularly in targeting, personalization, user authentication, and privacy.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product roles focused on digital identity, data governance, and user experience enhancement.

  • Demonstrable ability to lead and grow product teams, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing product managers.

  • Strong technical proficiency, capable of understanding and discussing architectural concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical team members.

  • Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and a hands-on approach to product development.

  • Advanced degree in a business or technical field preferred.
