Full Job Description

As the Head of People Services, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the people within Saint Catherine's, both employees and volunteers. This role provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation by ensuring operational and strategic excellence in all HR-related areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both operational and strategic HR functions, with the ability to support senior managers and teams in their behaviours, knowledge, and adherence to routines, processes, and policies. They should have a proven track record in coaching management on HR matters and possess the ability to influence, guide and develop others, demonstrating resilience coupled with a personable flair.

Excellent knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices, along with the capability to implement policies effectively, is essential. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent communication skills to build effective working relationships and possess the ability to negotiate, constructively direct, and provide strong problem-solving and explanatory skills.
