Full Job Description

  • Develop and execute paid search strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns

  • Manage all aspects of paid search campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, ad copy creation, and landing page optimisation

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve KPIs

  • Provide regular reporting on key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI

  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as SEO, content, and product) to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Paid Search to join our team. As the Head of Paid Search, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective paid search strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximise ROI. This is a key leadership role within our organisation, and you will have the opportunity to shape and grow our paid search department., Must have experience in a glasses ecommerce business (B2C).

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple platforms

  • In-depth knowledge of media buying, advertising principles, and social media management

  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick or other campaign management tools

  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to paid search strategies

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, PPC: 1 year (preferred)

  • Google AdWords: 1 year (preferred)
