Full Job Description

  • All aspects of commercial legal processes are handled seamlessly, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements across European and US jurisdictions, including customer contracts, partnership agreements, and confidentiality agreements.

  • A solid legal foundation in equity financing is put in place, including our Series Funding and new warrant programs.

  • Policies that ensure compliance with legal statutes across different markets, focusing on areas such as data protection (GDPR, CCPA), employment laws, and IP rights, are implemented

  • We are compliant with statutory filings and records across multiple jurisdictions, especially Europe and the US.

  • Specialist external counsel relationships in the UK and the US are in place and managed well.

  • The board and executive management team can come to you for advice and can depend on the quality you provide, including secretarial duties, due diligence, and legal approaches.

    Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in the UK or DK

  • Have previous experience from a reputable law-firm.

  • In-house experience at a high-growth technology company is a plus.

  • Know IP law as it applies to software and technology in a global context.

  • You foresee challenges that come with scaling fast.

  • Have a strong drive and ambition to succeed.

  • Have a keen eye for structure, organization, and getting the details right.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and dynamic environment.

  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts to non-experts.
