Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and values

Lead, manage and further develop the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional development

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including talent acquisition, on boarding, and retention strategies

Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures

Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities

Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing advice and insights on HR matters to support decision-making and business objectives

Oversee compensation and benefits programs, benchmarking against industry standards and ensuring competitiveness and fairness

To lead and represent the company at union meetings and negotiations, including annual pay negotiations

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field; Master's degree preferred

Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a similar-sized company with international operations

Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives and actions

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

Willingness to travel occasionally for duty trips and meetings with international counterparts

This role will need a commercially focused and technically experienced HR professional

Candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK unrestricted
