Head of Hospitality - North Yorkshire

You will be responsible for the smooth running of two restaurants, 2 bars. Leading and inspiring a diverse and multi skilled team of up to 60. Working closely with the Executive Chef and the Food and Beverage Managers you will ensure that both departments work in harmony, by bringing the team together to drive the business forward from both a teamwork and customer service perspective. Dining is a very important part of our guests' experience when staying at Warner. As the Head of Hospitality, you are part of a passionate team, working within our modern food and beverage facilities.

What skills do I need?

• Experience of managing a multifaceted department.


• Must have had responsibility for managing a P&L and the ability to manage costs in line with budgets.


• Can create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop.


• Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
