Head of Design (Oncology)

Be accountable for ensuring that the EPR application teams meet their configuration priorities and deadlines while maintaining a safe and robust clinical system;2. Manage a team of Deputy Heads of Design & Delivery ensuring that their work, and that of their teams, conforms to the design integrity for the designated applications; 3. Utilise expert clinical or operational knowledge and experience to assist in guiding the configuration teams to develop pathways and new processes to support the ongoing configuration and utilisation of each application;4. Analyse and document highly complex information and/or performance data to guide strategy and over-arching plans and/or reporting requirements;5. Meet regularly with the Joint Head of Clinical Systems and the other Heads of Design and Delivery to track the Teams progress and to address integration issues that could otherwise
become a barrier to successful transformation; 6. Provide line management support to the Deputy Heads of Design & Delivery and deal with any HR issues arising, such as sickness and performance, according to Trust policy
