Head of Delivery

As a Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and management of all initiatives and work that relate to one of our value streams.,

• With a Lead Product Manager & Technical Lead; oversee the value stream, ensuring it is delivering to its KPIs and operating effectively and efficiently


• Own the delivery strategy and roadmap for the value stream, planning the initiatives to align with the KPIs and delivery capacity to optimise the flow of work


• Own the value stream level delivery reporting


• Manage over-arching delivery impediments, conflicts, challenges and dynamic requirements to keep delivery optimised


• Co-ordinate cross-functionally with teams outside the value stream to ensure plans are complete and viable for all impacted teams


• Set and monitor the delivery KPIs for the value stream


• Own delivery process assurance for the value stream - ensuring that the e2e delivery is conducted at the required quality level


• Manage and coach team of Delivery Managers


• Foster a delivery culture, coaching teams on best practice Lead the effort in relentless improvement; define and implement process efficiencies to increase the velocity and quality of the solution


• 
  
  Minimum of 3-5 years' experience leading a delivery team or operating in a senior program management role in a relevant field (online marketplace, large technology company, financial services)


• Proven communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into business updates (written and oral)


• A team player who can collaborate effectively with all parties


• Organised individual with a positive, can-do attitude


• Proficiency in Jira and confluence


• Understanding of (and preferably certification in) key agile frameworks and project delivery methodology (PMP, SAFe etc)
