• Develop and implement a cutting-edge data and AI strategy.


• Foster a data-driven culture and demonstrate the transformative power of data and AI to clients.


• Collaborate with senior leadership to leverage data and AI for enhanced service delivery and client satisfaction.


Client Engagement

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and data needs.


• Design and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions that add tangible value.


• Provide expert guidance on data and AI best practices and emerging trends.


Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.


• Cultivate a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development.


Data Management

• Oversee the collection, storage, management, and analysis of client and operational data.


• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes.


• Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices.


AI & Machine Learning

• Drive the development and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning models.


• Stay abreast of the latest AI research and trends to keep us at the forefront of technological advancements.


Analytics & Insights

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.


• Develop robust analytics frameworks and dashboards to monitor KPIs and business metrics.


Innovation & Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams and clients to integrate data and AI solutions into services.


• Identify and pursue new opportunities for data monetization and AI-driven products and services.


Technology & Tools

• Evaluate, select, and implement the latest tools and technologies for data processing, analytics, and AI.


• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of data and AI infrastructure within the MSP context.
  
  Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.


• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and AI, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.


• Proven track record of developing and executing successful data and AI strategies in a tech-led organization.


• Expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights for clients.


• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.


• Experience with the following technologies:

+ Azure Open AI
+ Power Apps
