Reporting into our Co-Founder and Creative Director, you will be an innovative, creative force and instrumental in creating, developing and maintaining the core brand identity for our global Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton brands.

You will make an impact through using your strategic thinking to influence brand awareness whilst driving the development of compelling visual assets. You will take responsibility for overseeing and managing a Creative team to create innovative and desirable assets to be used across all channels and physical locations that resonate to our customer profiles on time and to budget. You will take pride in your ability to drive innovation across all customer touch points, ensuring all creative deliverables align to the Company's mission.

This is a highly strategic role to elevate innovation and collaboration across departments such as Marketing, Ecommerce and Sales to enhance brand identity across all channels. You will be a key player in the overall company strategy, influencing other senior key stakeholders such as Directors and Heads of Departments. You will drive not only the creative vision but also commercial opportunities at every touchpoint.

You will be based at our stunning Head Office in Banbury with the freedom to work from home two days a week on average, this may flex up or down dependant on business needs. Due to the nature of this position, you may be required to work on location where required.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Working closely with the Creative Director on brand vision for campaigns to then set creative direction with wider teams and offer hands-on guidance and support on projects

  • Working closely with the Creative Director to design and implement brand guidelines and contribute towards continuous development of the brand identity

  • Working with Head of Brand on the development and delivery of customer identities across global markets, communicating these profiles clearly to all stakeholders and leading disruptive creative content

  • Drive the development of compelling visual assets through leveraging your expertise in storytelling and visual communication

  • Utilising data and insights to influence ideation, ensuing creative projects meet commercial goals

  • Supporting the global brand strategy and improving our positioning in the market as an affordable luxury brand through the generation of ideas for creative campaigns that are innovative, impactful and relevant to the target market

  • Using creative thinking to redefine briefs and elevate projects in order to engage and inspire other Senior stakeholders

  • Overseeing various creative projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and ensuring exceptional quality in all deliverables

  • Working with the internal Marketing teams to ensure alignment and harmony to the overall brand strategy and identity across all channels including; Digital, Social, Brand

  • Ensuring a cohesive visual identity throughout all assets that is aligned to brand guidelines

  • Overseeing a Creative team with various specialisms, ensuring effective processes to maximise productivity and best in class creative output

  • Working closely with Ecommerce teams to ensure visuals on site reflect the brand creative vision to drive revenue

  • Guiding the Art Director to develop innovative and impactful campaigns that resonate with our customer profiles, identifying opportunities to utilise and maximise ROI of all assets

  • Owning and managing the Creative budget effectively

  • Championing cross-departmental cohesion for a 360-degree campaign approach across all channels that ultimately boosts brand engagement and awareness

  • Working with the Art Director to oversee and manage photography and video shoots from concept to production and final delivery, ensuring all assets are delivered to brief, on time and on budget

  • Leading and inspiring Creative department leaders to nurture and develop talent, encouraging an innovative and dynamic work environment

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Design, Ecommerce and Sales teams to understand objectives and influence creative solutions and harmony

  • Enhancing customer engagement through creative campaigns, reporting ROI and commercial impacts to the Company's Directors

  • Challenging and aligning creative briefs from all departments, looking at overall ROI and commercial strategies

  • Setting objectives for creative imagery use, using attention to detail and market awareness to up level, improve and deliver an inspirational customer journey on site

  • Overseeing critical paths, ensuring creative teams are delivering assets on time with ability to be agile and react to last minute changes as and when needed

  • Supporting the Creative Director with getting projects completed to a best in class standard that continuously elevates brand awareness

  • Keeping abreast of creative trends, continuously looking for disruptive and innovative ideas and concepts

  • Overseeing the visual asset library, ensuring the best and most desirable imagery are used consistently across all channels

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external agencies, continuously building our creative network

    Proven experience working within a similar role within a relatable industry

  • A proven track record of delivering highly successful creative strategies

  • Strong storytelling ability with strong understanding of how this will impact Marketing, Ecommerce and Sales objectives

  • Experience in, and enthusiasm for, developing creative ideas for digital platforms, as well as supporting 360 campaigns, from brief to delivery and beyond

  • The ability to analyse data to use key insights to develop successful and commercial campaigns

  • An outstanding sense of design with a strong eye for layout, an appreciation of brand guidelines and a high attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong experience leading and developing a best in class Creative department with various specialisms

  • A positive and inspiring leader with excellent stakeholder influencing skills

  • A wide creative background working across all channels including digital

  • A deep understanding of brand strategy and customer behaviour

  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite

  • An outstanding portfolio, demonstrating concepts from ideation to creation

  • A good level of retouching skills and image manipulation with knowledge of relevant graphic, video and print processes

  • An extremely organised multi-tasker that can respond to changes quickly with an ability to work under tight timelines

  • Strong project management and great problem-solving skills and an ability to prioritise your own workload effectively to ensure all deadlines are met

  • Strong team management skills

  • Experience on set with models and still life for both stills and video, confident in lightning techniques, angles and on set direction

  • A strong track record in project planning, including accurate estimation of costs and timings
