Full Job Description
- Procure and provide civils designs for projects in accordance with relevant design standards and codes
- Lead the Civil Engineering design and provide supervision and management
- Interface and management of civils sub-consultants and specialist supply chain
- Ensure the provision of high-quality Engineering services
- Comply with Quality and Technical Assurance Procedures
- Produce monthly progress reports and present to the senior team
Extensive Drainage experience - Extensive cut and fill design experience
- Experience developing Suds strategies for major developments
- A degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of design software
- Experience with current UK design standards and working practices
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, Bachelor's (required), Civil engineering: 3 years (required)
- Drainage: 3 years (required)
- developing Suds strategies: 2 years (required)
FI Construction are currently looking to add to their team a skilled Head of Civil Engineering, to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The Role will primarily involve the management and leadership of all civils design works in the Group. - Monday to Friday, no weekends

Based at our Head Office in Chorley with a requirement to visit various sites within our portfolio. Our primary developments are industrial projects up to 2million sq ft.
