    The main purpose of the role is to lead a team of UK International Corporates and non-banking FI Cash Management Specialists. The Cash Management Specialist team is a dedicated, customer-focused sales team, driving sales in cash management products across the entire International Corporate and Non-Bank Financial Institutions client base.

  • The role holder will take a leading position in maintaining Barclays position as one of the market leaders in the field of Cash Management across the UK, Europe, North America and Asia, increasing the level of cash management business that new and existing corporate clients undertake with Barclays.

  • The role holder will be expected to interact with Senior Stakeholders from across the Bank, playing a leading role in influencing and promoting the Barclays proposition for Cash Management internally and externally. The role holder will also need to create a high public profile across the market through roundtables, publications, electronic communications and conferences.

  • In addition to this the role holder will be expected to work with the wider Global Cash Sales Leadership Team with the planning, strategy and change requirements of the Corporate Bank.

  • The role holder will also be responsible for the direct Line Management of a team of circa 11 people., In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
