As the Head of Building Defects and Disrepair you will work alongside our Executive and Senior Leadership Team to promote a customer focused approach to managing and resolving complex repairs and disrepair issues. Your role will be crucial in providing assurance of effective repair management and maintaining full oversight of budgets and expenditure. You will be a strategic leader with a collaborative mindset, a knack for problem solving and a passion for providing an excellent service for our customers.

Through excellent communication and customer service skills you will liaise with a wide range of external and internal customers to ensure our properties are safe, habitable, and free from disrepair. Through the effective management and analysis of data you will manage effective resolutions to complex issues both proactively and reactively, managing actions, tracking progress and communicating findings to our Executive and Senior Leadership Team.

You will lead and support a team providing coaching, support and identifying training needs to achieve a high-performance team delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
