Head of Asset Management & Sustainability

The Head of Asset Management & Sustainability will develop and lead an integrated Asset Management and Business Sustainability team enabling us to deliver our Asset Management and Sustainable Future Strategies with a focus on delivering high quality customer services., Two exciting opportunities have arisen to join our leadership team providing inspirational and visionary leadership to multi-disciplinary teams and helping to shape and deliver our vision and values to our customers in South Wales. You will report into the Executive Director of Development, Assets and Sustainability.

This is a strategic and operational role designed to enable the achievement of the Corporate Plan through high quality, high impact asset management and business sustainability services.

The Head of Asset Management & Sustainability will develop and lead an integrated Asset Management & Business Sustainability team with a focus on delivering high quality customer services.

The successful candidates will provide effective leadership and direction whilst offering a high support, high challenge environment enabling colleagues to deliver on the organisation's purpose.

It is essential that successful candidates bring a thorough understanding of current compliance and regulatory requirements within social housing and significant proven performance in senior related roles.
