Head Housekeeper

You will Lead a small team of Housekeepers, you'll "own a house" and take pride in ensuring that your luxury holiday home is presented and cleaned to the best of your ability. This role involves some administration, problem solving, stock taking, laundry and getting stuck in. Our Head Housekeepers don't just oversee from afar.

The hours & the pay:

Monday & Fridays - 9 am- 4 pm (14 hrs) -£13 ph

This could include some ad-hoc hours during the week

You're enthusiastic, with great communication skills and like getting the best out of people through resolving problems, thinking on your feet and motivation. Prior experience in Housekeeping and leading a team would be amazing, but really, we care about finding the right person, whatever your experience.,

Hesdin Estate is situated in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside just off the A36 in Chapmanslade, on our 20 acre Estate we currently have 4 beautiful luxury self catering accommodations with plans for developing more. Living alongside our houses is our gorgeous little animal family of Alpacas, Pigs and Goats that always appreciate a fuss when anyone is nearby.
