Head Chef - £42k - Hereford

Jubilee is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head Chef to head up an award-winning restaurant.

The Head Chef would need to lead a busy kitchen, deliver high standards of cooking as well as help create and lead a team of up to 6 chefs.

The chef will be fully supported by the current head chef who is moving into an exec role as we expand the business.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing large kitchen teams, working in a fast-paced environment and have extensive experience in building and curating menus from fresh, seasonal ingredients.
