If you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can handle multiple competing priorities, this position is for you., Significant litigation experience in areas of general liability (i.e., residential and commercial landlord-tenant habitability, premises liability, automobile accidents, construction defect, etc.), products liability
Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, and depositions.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
The ideal candidate will take the initiative, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized & have impeccable communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Candidate should be pro-active to handle necessary tasks.
The ideal candidate will have two to six years' experience.
Licensed to Practice Law in California State.
