Full Job Description

Our Guest Experience team play a pivotal role in delivering a safe and fun experience for millions of guests on Thorpe Park's world class attractions. Day to Day you will be:

  • This role is Front of House, working face to face with guests.

  • Involves assisting guests with accessibility queries and processing Ride Access Pass registrations.

  • Be an ambassador for the resort, as the main source of knowledge and information for guest queries.

  • Taking and resolving guest feedback, both positive and negative discreetly and professionally.

    Give excellent customer service skills

  • Be able to problem solve

  • Work efficiently in both a team and lone situations

  • Ability to learn systems and new processes/ procedures.

  • Be a strong communicator

  • Be computer literate, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a Point of Sale system.


  • Qualifications & Experience:
    We are recruiting for Full Time and Part Time Positions.
    Experience in a customer service environment is desired for this position.

  • Pay Range: Compensation between GBP £11.61/Hr.-GBP £11.61/Hr.
