Full Job Description

A Guest Service Agent provides reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.

  • You will

    • join the Front Office team, in the Reception areas of the hotel.
  • You enjoy

    • delivering a VIP experience to every guest, going above and beyond to make their stay a memorable one. You will act as a main point of contact for our VIP guests, leasing with all departments throughout the hotel to exceed their expectations.
