Full Job Description

We are seeking a full time Growth Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing but smaller team for our Newark based client. This is a new role where you will leverage your expertise in B2B digital marketing, demand generation and marketing automation., As a Growth Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing a demand generation program and campaigns to acquire and qualify new leads for the Business Development team. Key responsibilities will include:

Plan, develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement to target and engage prospects across various channels.
Evaluate and improve the current use of systems to measure and optimise the lead generation and marketing activities.
Create compelling and targeted content for use in campaigns.
Set up, manage and optimize campaigns through paid channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Review and Listing Sites.
Develop a data-driven experiment approach to prioritize, test, and evaluate lead generation channels for our client.
Monitor competitor sales campaign activities and successes with a view to staying ahead of the competition and their strategies.
Track conversion and successes, via Salesforce, to optimise and improve the entire Business Development process.

The successful Growth Marketing Manager will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, as well as being able to demonstrate the following:

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on demand generation and marketing automation.
Strong knowledge of marketing best practices, including email automation, lead nurturing, and web content management systems.
Experience in Salesforce, Pardot and other marketing automation platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and sales pipelines to track performance and measure ROI.
Ability to create original, targeted and effective content for use in marketing campaigns
Creative and strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Highly organised, methodical, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
