You have several years of experience managing and developing new innovative automated solutions for catalogues and content, building tools for content moderators, understanding, analysing and onboarding complex content rules (policies) and different content types.

  • Experienced in defining and driving product strategy across more than one team, considering the needs of not just the Product Area (CoCam) but other Product Areas (PAs), centralised teams and the R&D studio as a whole. Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of crafting product strategies and roadmaps.

  • Experienced in managing, coaching and mentoring line reports, conducting performance reviews and crafting career growth plans. Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present concepts and ideas to partners at all levels and in different contexts.

  • Good at sorting through ambiguity, preserving options, building out solutions and breaking down complex concepts into simple actions. You know how to influence decision-making at all levels within an organisation, and in a variety of contexts.
