Full Job Description

The successful candidate will be required to provide and promote a professional, high quality, client focused service across the Node4 Group, ensuring industry-leading levels of client satisfaction whilst getting the opportunity to be exposed to a complex, ever-changing enterprise of technology.

Working with the Group IT Support Team Leader, and as part of the wider Internal IT leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality support, across a range of technologies to all our internal clients.

  • Possess excellent IT troubleshooting skills with an ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Excellent knowledge of supporting Microsoft Windows endpoints and identity, including Windows 10/11, Active Directory and Intune.

  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the technological underpinnings of Node4 internal platforms.

  • Demonstrate good technical skills including being able to show experience of Microsoft 365, Mimecast, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), N-Able or similar endpoint management tools, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, systems monitoring and anti-malware.

  • Experience of utilising an ITSM platform, such a Service Now.

  • Experience of working within the ITIL framework.

  • Confident, self-assured ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and energetic environment.

  • Organised and a structured approach to work.

  • A team player who can work with diverse areas across the Node4 Group.

  • Interest in keeping up to date on technology.

  • Ability to work proactively and to tight deadlines.

  • A positive can-do attitude.

  • Experience of producing and maintaining documentation and training of other Team members.
