Groundworks Foreman / woman

O'Halloran & O'Brien are looking for an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join our team in Canterbury. You will need to have an extensive background within groundworks in particular and have a strong portfolio of work on large house-building projects. You will also need to have a strong presence on-site.

Role & Responsibilities:

Typical duties for the Groundworks Foreman will include:

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety



• Keeping site diaries



• Toolbox talks



• Liaising and working with the client



• Quality Assurance.



• Managing sub-contractors.



• Managing the labour and putting men to work.



• Ensuring all paperwork is filed and organised.
  
  You will need to have an extensive background within groundworks in particular, and have a strong portfolio of work on large house building projects.


• CSCS card.



• SMSTS/SSSTS



• First Aid



• Experienced working for groundworks and civils sub-contractors., Do you have a valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification?, Groundworks Foreman: 1 year (required)
