Grounds Maintenance Operative

The position gives the right candidate the chance to join a friendly dedicated team and to take ownership and responsibility of some of our sites in our portfolio, working hard to meet our high standards and client specifications.

The Role

Services undertaken by the estate maintenance operative are as follows, and works on site can be any combination of these services at any given time.

· Communal block cleaning

· Pole system window cleaning

We pride ourselves of being set-apart from the competition, and are looking for an enthusiastic, capable candidate to join our estates maintenance division on a full time basis., The estates maintenance operative needs to have excellent time management skills, an attention to detail and work to the highest standards whether on site alone or as part of a team.

Familiarity/experience with petrol operated machinery such as hedge trimmers and mowers.

Promotion within the business in the short term future is anticipated, as the right candidate will be encouraged into a supervisory role as the team continues to grow. being a team player is a must, The candidate must have a clean driving license as you will need to drive company vehicles on a daily basis.
