Full Job Description

To support the marketing team in designing and delivering print, digital and event collateral for our various teams and clients in technology, sport, fashion, media, and more and working directly with the Senior Designer to manage the Sedulo brand and build and maintain other brands within the Group.

Role Objectives

  • Taking the creative lead on projects

  • Creation of marketing materials including (but not limited to) digital artwork, graphics, signage, documents and document styles, event collateral and invites, presentations, direct mail and more

  • Working closely within the marketing and events team, creating, developing and implementing creative solutions

  • Gatekeep and innovate the Group brand and subsidiaries

  • Periodically reviewing touchpoints to ensure they deliver our brand message.

  • Design and ordering of merchandise and literature

  • Your knowledge, skills & experience

  • 3-5 years in-house/agency experience

  • Knowledge and experience with Adobe CC and Microsoft Office


  • Primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat


  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams

  • The ability to design for digital environments

  • An understanding of PDF creation for proofing and print

  • Strong typographical skills

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines

  • A willingness to learn and be an outgoing and enthusiastic team player

  • A strong portfolio showing creative experience


  • Experience with email marketing, WordPress, Google Sheets/Excel and Figma would be an advantage.
