Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Pathway to Management

This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role. You will be trained to work in Vertical Markets allowing you full autonomy over your clients and candidates on a dual desk basis. Due to the success of the company, we have a number of warm desks ready for the right individual to take over.

Day to day, you'll be:

- Building relationships with both new and existing clients

- Negotiating terms of business with new clients

- Sourcing candidates using CRM, job boards, LinkedIn etc

No experience is necessary. Instead, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate a track record of success and someone who is motivated to do well.

- £24k basic starting salary plus up to 20% commission with no cap or threshold.

- Realistic OTE Yr1 £40k, Yr2 £60k, Yr3 £80k+
