Graduate Quantity Surveyor

A Quantity Surveyor at Taylor Wimpey ensures the effective management of site budgets, contributing to the delivery of high-quality homes for our customers. This dynamic career offers a blend of budget management, team collaboration, and subcontractor interaction.,

• Tender Process: Review drawings, analyse tenders, and negotiate with contractors.


• S.I.T Budgets: Create and manage Excel SIT Budgets, utilise COINS SIT Budgets.


• Order Placement: Chair meetings and facilitate COINS Order Placement.


• Payments: Generate payment batches, address invoice queries, and draft certificates.


• CVR: Conduct valuations, reconcile costs and compile comprehensive reports.


• Subcontractor Management: Cultivate relationships, manage accounts and understand pricing structures.
